FAUX CHEVRE (Fake Goat Cheese)

Love this though not a big goat cheese fan. Ruth Marie, whose recipe this is, says it tastes much like the fresh goat cheese they got when they lived in Paris. Aficionado Cassie voted thumbs up. And how easy can you get!

8 ounces cream cheese (not whipped)
8 ounces feta cheese crumbles
Freshly ground coarse black pepper (or chopped parsley)

Let cheeses get to room temperature. Beat together completely. Roll into two "logs." (You may want to chill a bit before doing this). Place ground pepper or parsley on waxed paper or plastic wrap. Roll logs to cover evenly. Wrap logs in plastic wrap (or waxed paper). Chill thoroughly.
